The severe weather and flooding in the east coast region of New South Wales started on 18 May 2025 and continued until 7 July 2025. We had lump sum payments and ongoing, short term allowances to help you.
The claiming period for Disaster Recovery Allowance closed on 25 November 2025.
The claiming period for Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment closed on 2 December 2025.
