Transitioning from CBOS to Business Hub
We’re contacting businesses that use Centrelink Business Online Services (CBOS), about moving to Business Hub.
Business Hub is our secure online platform and will replace CBOS. We’ll close CBOS once all eligible businesses have moved to Business Hub.
Who should transition now
You should move to Business Hub now if your business uses any of the following CBOS services:
- Centrepay
- Centrelink Confirmation eServices - Customer Confirmation
- Centrelink Confirmation eServices - Income Confirmation
- Electronic Verification of Rent
- Income Management
- Superannuation Confirmation.
Before you move, make sure your business has a nominated Authorised Officer and your contact details are up to date. This helps us to contact the right person about moving to Business Hub. If you need help updating your details, contact us.
Who should get ready to transition
If your CBOS service isn’t available in Business Hub yet, or we haven’t contacted you about moving, you should get ready to move.
You can register for PRODA as an individual now. We'll contact you when your service is available in Business Hub and it’s time to move.
