Disaster Recovery Allowance (DRA) is financial support if you’ve lost income as a direct result of this disaster.
To get DRA you must meet all eligibility rules, including working or living in one of the following declared areas. You can find all eligibility rules by checking who can get it.
You have until 7 October 2026 to make a claim for the following areas:
- Belyuen Local Government Areas (LGA)
- Coomalie LGA
- Katherine LGA
- Litchfield LGA
- Roper Gulf LGA
- Unincorporated NT excluding the locality of Yulara
- Victoria Daly LGA
- Wagait LGA
- West Arnhem LGA
- West Daly LGA.
You may also be eligible for Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment. If you’re eligible, you can get both Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment and DRA.
