Health Professional Online Services
Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) provides secure and convenient online services for health professionals and administrators. Using this service may save you having to call us.
Costs and public holidays
Call costs from a landline to a:
- 13 number from anywhere in Australia are the cost of a local call. Charges may vary depending on the telephone service provider, and mobiles may incur a higher charge
- 1800 number (Freecall™) are free. Calls from a public phone and mobiles may be timed and charged at a higher rate.
Some of our phone lines are either closed or have limited operating times on public holidays. We recommend you make your call on standard business days.
