Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) provides secure and convenient online services for health professionals and administrators. Using this service may save you having to email, call or write to us.

What the phone costs are

Call costs from a landline to a:

  • 13 number from anywhere in Australia cost the same as your other local calls
  • 1800 number (Freecall™) are free.

These numbers may cost more to call from a public or mobile phone.

Some of our phone lines are either closed or have limited operating times on public holidays. We recommend you make your call on standard business days.
