What the phone costs are
Call costs from a landline to a:
- 13 number from anywhere in Australia are the cost the same as your other local calls
- 1800 number (Freecall™) are free.
These numbers may cost more to call from a public or mobile phone.
Some of our phone lines are either closed or have limited operating times on public holidays. We recommend you make your call on standard business days.
