Our Express Plus apps make it easier for our customers to access our services anywhere, at any time.

Centrelink app

Customers can use the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app to check payments, upload documents and report their income quickly and easily.

They can report their income in English, Arabic, Vietnamese, Persian (Farsi) and Chinese. It also has an option to create a voiceprint for secure identification when they call.

Medicare app

Customers can use the Express Plus Medicare mobile app to make a claim, view their statements and access their digital Medicare card.

They can also see their Australian Immunisation Register record to check that their vaccinations (including COVID-19) are up-to-date.

Child Support app

Customers can use the Express Plus Child Support mobile app to keep up to date with their child support. Customers can quickly view payments they receive or owe, enter non-agency payments, update their income information, or upload documents to get them to us faster.
