This means we can now let a customer know we’re about to call them.
Through the SMS service we can also send:
- confirmation that we got their documents
- notification when we accept a payment arrangement
- a receipt number
- a reminder of action that they may need to take.
Sending a quick SMS to our customers is making things much simpler for both customers and staff. Many staff have shared their success stories with using SMS. It’s made some of the day to day jobs much simpler and easier to interact with our customers.
We know people won’t often pick up a call from a private number. Our SMS service means our customers can expect our private number call and prepare for it. This is already helping to reduce the number of missed calls between staff and customers.
Customers are automatically subscribed to this free service if they have a valid mobile number recorded with us.
