The new portal replaces 2 existing portals, with a user-friendly interface that eliminates the need for paper claim forms.
Aged Care Providers can now quickly access and switch between different services, whether they be residential, home, or transition care. The self-service function makes it easier to make changes and update information. Providers can also save draft applications and revisit them within 7 days.
