How to register your staff members to use Centrepay
Once you’ve been approved to use Centrepay, you’ll be asked to register individual users for Business Hub for all Centrepay functions.
Business Hub
To access Business Hub and apply for services, you and your business must authenticate first through Provider Digital Access (PRODA).
You’ll then need to access Business Hub and register users for Centrepay.
Centrelink Business Online Services (CBOS)
If Business Hub is not available to your business, the agency may ask you to use CBOS. You can register for CBOS to help you manage Centrepay deductions.
Centrepay registered businesses need to complete the Business Online Services - User details form. Each staff member you register will get their own access.
We’ll provide individual logon IDs and password details for each user. Do not share logon IDs and passwords.
