You can view and print your payment history for the last 5 years using your Medicare online account through myGov.

Steps to view and print your CAPS payment history online

Follow these steps if you’re using your Medicare online account through myGov:

1. Sign in to myGov.
2. Select Medicare.
3. Select History and statements.
4. Select CAPS Payment history.
5. Select Download history (PDF) to print history.
