How to apply

Before you apply, you need to understand and agree to the Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CCeS) policy, CCeS terms and CCeS procedural guide.

If you’re a business wanting to use CCeS you must complete a business application form.

Step 1: Before you apply

Step 2: Complete the application form

To apply for CCeS, download and complete the CCeS Business Application form. An authorised officer of your business must sign the application form.

Step 3: Submit form

You can submit your form and other required information by email to ba.processing@servicesaustralia.gov.au.

Step 4: After you apply

We’ll assess your application against the eligibility criteria in the CCeS policy and CCeS terms.

If we need more information, we’ll send you an email or call you to explain what we need.

If we approve your application, we’ll send you a letter by email advising the outcome of your application. We’ll also tell you the business category we approve you to use CCeS for. This determines the customer information you can access to confirm details with us. You can find a list of the business categories is in the CCeS policy.

If we don’t approve your application and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can ask us to review our decision. To do this, contact us using the details in the letter we sent you by email.
