Our mobile service centres (MSCs) travel around Australia, stopping to provide services in rural and regional communities.

MSC Golden Wattle has been diverted to support communities affected by NSW East Coast Severe Weather and Flooding.

There aren’t any MSC visits scheduled for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). We have other service options available in this region. Use Find us to locate your closest service centre.

There aren’t any MSC visits scheduled for the Northern Territory (NT). They may visit during times of emergency or high demand. We have other service options available in this region. This includes remote servicing teams, service centres, agents and access points. We also have specialist officers who visit communities, including our Indigenous Specialist Officers, Community Engagement Officers, Multicultural Service Officers and Community Partnership Specialist Officers.
