Service availability and changes
Our apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be short breaks for Child Support digital services updates between 2 am and 5 am AEST.
You can find out if our services are unavailable by going to customer service changes.

If you don’t have internet access you can use a self service terminal at your local service centre.
Our Agents and Access Points have self service facilities for people in rural, regional and remote Australia.

You can manage most of your Centrelink information with us online, using the mobile app or by phone self service.
