Our apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be short breaks for Child Support digital services updates between 2 am and 5 am AEST.

If you don’t have internet access you can use a self service terminal at your local service centre.
Our Agents and Access Points have self service facilities for people in rural, regional and remote Australia.
