You can reset your PIN.
If you've forgotten your PIN, select Forgot PIN when on the myGov sign in screen.
You'll need to sign in to your myGov account. You can then create a new PIN and sign in.
If you need help signing in to your myGov account, go to myGov sign in help.
Don’t give your PIN to anyone. Keep it in a safe place.
