Who can get a child support assessment
To be eligible for a child support assessment you must be the legal parent or non-parent carer of the child. You also must meet residence rules.

If you got Family Tax Benefit (FTB) or Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and you or your partner are not required to lodge a tax return, you need to tell us and confirm your family income.
