You must submit your objection with us within 28 days from when you received the decision letter. If you live outside Australia in a reciprocating jurisdiction, you have 90 days to submit your objection.
You need to include details of the decision that you are objecting to and evidence to support of your objection.
To fill in this form digitally you will need a computer and Adobe Acrobat Reader, or a similar program. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free. If you can’t complete the form digitally, you can print it, complete it by hand and return it to us following the instructions on the form.
