What Centrepay is
Centrepay is a voluntary bill paying service which is free for Centrelink customers. You can use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment.
What are primary school levels for child care fee assistance
We need to know when your child starts primary school and secondary school. We may ask this when you claim child care fee assistance.

There’s ABSTUDY support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students doing a masters or doctorate.
How to use Centrepay
You can use the Centrepay bill paying service to pay for goods and services from registered businesses. You can set up Centrepay deductions from most Centrelink payments.
Ordinary waiting period
You may have to wait for a week before your payment starts. We will let you know when you claim if this applies to you.
Student Start-up Loan periods and payments
There are 2 loan periods each calendar year.
Representative authority form (CS3042)
Use this form to authorise another person or organisation to enquire or act on your behalf about your child support case.
Student Start-up Loan approved courses
You must be studying a Student Start-up Loan approved course to be eligible for the loan.
