You can do most of your Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support business with us online or by phone self service.

Using myGov, you can do the following:
- verify identity documents to get a Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN)
- link your Centrelink online account to claim a payment.

Our apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be short breaks for Child Support digital services updates between 2 am and 5 am AEST.

Service centre or Agents and Access Points
If you don’t have internet access you can use a self service terminal at your local service centre.
Our Agents and Access Points have self service facilities for people in rural, regional and remote Australia.
Call from your home phone to:
- 13 numbers from anywhere in Australia are the cost of a local call, but may vary with service provider
- 1800 numbers Freecall™ are free.
Calls from mobile and public phones may cost more.
