You’ll need an individual Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account to access the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP). If you don’t have one, you can register for an individual PRODA account.
You’ll need to have the required level of access to follow the steps to access your payment statements.
Accessing payment statements
To access payment statement information using any of the following options:
- Select Menu, then either Service payment summary or Care recipient’s itemised payments.
- Select Service payment summary from the Quick links menu on the home page.
- View a payment statement summary for a specific month by selecting the relevant month under Payment summaries on the home page.
- From the Claims summaries or the Current claim screen, select the Payment statements option best suited for your query and then choose the month to view.
