After you claim, we may send you a letter asking you to provide proof you’re studying. You’ll need to confirm your study details.
You’ll also need to tell us about any changes to your circumstances. This includes telling us the new address of where you’ll be living while studying and any changes to your study details.
If you don’t do these things, we won’t be able to finalise your payment. We may have to reject your claim, or delay your payment.
