What are your options if you do not agree with a decision?

If you don’t agree with a decision we’ve made, you can ask for a review. If you disagree with the outcome of the review, you can ask the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) to review it. The ART was previously known as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
