Office and call centre closures

Your reporting and payment dates may change when we close for these national public holidays:

  • Australia Day
  • Easter
  • Anzac
  • Christmas
  • New Year.

Our service centres, agents and access points and call centres are closed over these days.

To help you plan ahead, we share the changes to reporting and payment dates in the lead up to national public holidays.

Using self service to report during holiday closures

You can use your Centrelink online account through myGov to do any of the following:

If you don’t have one, you can create a myGov account.

You can also use our Express Plus mobile apps and phone self service.

You can still report your income to us when we’re closed. However if you do this on a national public holiday, we’ll pay you after the national public holiday.
