Before you start you need to link your Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account to your LSPN record. To do this you can either:
- call the LSPN team on the diagnostic imaging and radiation oncology practices line
- complete the Application to register or amend a diagnostic imaging or radiation oncology practice form.
