Terms and conditions may change at any time without notice. Any material changes to the terms and conditions will be available on the EBT card website.
If you have a question about the terms and conditions, you can:

Contact us immediately if you either:

Fees
Services Australia and the card issuer Indue don’t charge any fees for using your EBT card for point of sale or ATM transactions, but some merchants and ATMs may charge a fee.
Card expiry
If you don’t use your card for 90 days, it will automatically cancel. This means no funds have been added to your card and you’ve made no transactions on the card for 90 days. If your card cancels, we’ll transfer any unused funds back to your nominated bank account.
