How much you can get depends on both of the following:
- the size of your shipment
- the freight costs you pay.
We’ll let you know in writing how much you’ll get after we assess your claim. You can also view this online.
20 foot equivalent units (TEU)
For goods shipped before 1 July 2025, you can get up to $855 per TEU.
For goods shipped from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027, you can get up to $1,068.75 per TEU.
We’ll automatically apply the increase to eligible shipments.
Full container or trailer loads (FCL/FTL)
The amount you can get for other size FCL/FTLs depends on the length of the shipping unit. For example, for goods shipped as a 12.2m FCL/FTL you can get up to $2,137.50 if shipped between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2027.
Less than full container load (LCL)
The amount you can get for a LCL depends on the number of head you ship.
For goods shipped before 1 July 2025 you can get up to:
- $122.14 per head.
For goods shipped from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027 you can get up to:
- $152.69 per head.
