To use Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CCeS) you must have a contract with us. You’ll also need to:
- get consent from your customers before you check their details with us
- verify the identity of the person giving consent
- have other ways for customers to confirm their eligibility to a concession, rebate or service if they don’t give consent for you to use CCeS or withdraw it.
