There are MyMedicare incentives available within this program to support the delivery of quality health care.
The General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) is available to eligible providers and practices registered with MyMedicare, to deliver health care to permanent residents of aged care homes.
The Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program (BBPIP) supports practices and GPs to provide bulk billed services, making it easier for patients to access affordable care.
Patients registered in MyMedicare who have a chronic medical condition can manage their condition and receive continuity of care from the practice where they registered for MyMedicare. They must have their GP Chronic Condition Management Plan and review items with the practice where they’re registered.
Find out more about MyMedicare on the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing website.
