Using the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP).

System updates to support the new Aged Care Act

Updates to the Aged Care Provider Portal will take place from 31 October to 5 November 2025. During this time, you will have limited access and will not be able to lodge any claims or events.

Aged care providers can use the ACPP to make claims for aged care subsidies and supplements:

You can access the ACPP with an individual or organisation Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account. If you don’t have an account, register for PRODA online.
