Download and complete the ABSTUDY Lawful Custody Allowance claim for reimbursement form - to support SY022 (SY108).
This form must be completed by the head of the school, faculty or equivalent representative of the course provider. It helps you provide an itemised list of the essential course costs and provide invoices, receipts and proof of expenses.
As well as this form, you need to complete the Claim for ABSTUDY Student or Australian Apprentice in lawful custody form (SY022).
