Provider Digital Access (PRODA)

PRODA is an online identity verification and authentication system. It lets you securely access government online services.

We have multiple system updates and changes to some of our content and services

Scheduled Outage

The Australian Business Register (ABR) will be conducting scheduled maintenance from 10:00pm Saturday 6 December to 11:00pm AEDT Sunday 7 December. During this time PRODA organisation registration and a number of services within HPOS may be unavailable.

Scheduled Outage

National Redress Scheme will be unavailable from 8:00pm Saturday 6 December to 10:00am AEDT Sunday 7 December due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

To access available services using PRODA, you need to register as an individual to get your own account.

To access a service on behalf of an organisation, you may need to register the organisation in PRODA. The service will let you know if you need to register your organisation.

Compatibility with browsers

We recommend the following minimum browser versions to use with PRODA:

  • Firefox 72.x
  • Google Chrome 80.x
  • Microsoft Edge 79.x
  • Safari 14.x.

Older versions or other browsers may work but may not display correctly and are not tested or supported.
