Financial Information Service for organisations
A free service that can inform and educate all Australians about financial matters.
If you are a member of a group or organisation, you can ask our Financial Information Service (FIS) officers to present a seminar. They can tailor the seminar to the needs of your group or organisation. This can be with an interpreter if you need one.
FIS officers can present information about:
- financial products
- retirement planning
- investment options.
Your members can also get information:
- over the phone by calling the Centrelink Older Australians Line and say Financial Information Service when prompted
- at an interview with a FIS officer if they have more complex issues.
Please contact a FIS officer by calling the Centrelink Older Australians Line for more information.
