PRODA (Provider Digital Access)
PRODA is an online identity verification and authentication system. It lets you securely access government online services.
Provider Digital Access (PRODA) is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the registration of an organisation. This is under urgent investigation. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Membership Expiry Notifications: members of an organisation in PRODA may not receive email reminders when their membership is nearing expiry. Please take note of your membership expiry date and extend as appropriate. This is under urgent investigation and we apologise for any inconvenience.
The Australian Business Register (ABR) will have a planned system outages from:
- From 12:15am AEST until 7:00am AEST on Wednesday 28 July 2021
To access a service on behalf of an organisation, you may need to register the organisation in PRODA. The service will let you know if you need to register your organisation.
To set up an account you’ll need 1 of these minimum browser versions:
- Internet Explorer 9
- Mozilla Firefox 30
- Google Chrome 39
- Safari 5.
You can use your PRODA account to access a range of services for providers.
To access available services you’ll need to register an individual PRODA account.
To access an available service on behalf of an organisation, you must register your organisation in PRODA.
