PRODA (Provider Digital Access)

PRODA is an online identity verification and authentication system. It lets you securely access government online services.

The myGovID app will be unavailable from Thursday, 09 December 2021, 11.30pm AEDT to Friday, 10 December 2021, 7.00am AEDT. You can find out more at

During this time you will not be able to access Provider Digital Access (PRODA) with your myGovID. You can still access PRODA with your PRODA Username and password. Read more about Scheduled Maintenance .

Scheduled maintenance is being conducted from 11:00 pm AEDT on Saturday 11 December to approximately 10:00 am AEDT on Sunday 12 December. During this time, the Australian Business Register (ABR) Organisation Registration service via Provider Digital Access (PRODA) will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience. To access available services using PRODA, you need to register as an individual to get your own account.

To access a service on behalf of an organisation, you may need to register the organisation in PRODA. The service will let you know if you need to register your organisation.

Compatibility with browsers

We recommend the following minimum browser versions to use with PRODA:

  • Firefox 72.x
  • Google Chrome 80.x
  • Microsoft Edge 79.x
  • Safari 14.x.

Older versions or other browsers may work but may not display correctly and are not tested or supported.
