Freedom of information
You have a right, with limited exceptions, to request access to documents we hold under Freedom of Information legislation.
We outline the process of making a request under FOI legislation. An FOI request can take up to 30 days to process or longer, depending upon the circumstances.

We do a Privacy Impact Assessment for all projects that:
- involve a significant change to how we manage personal information
- might have a significant impact on the privacy of individuals.
