My Aged Care face-to-face services

Our service officers and Aged Care Specialist Officers can help you with aged care matters face-to-face. It’s free to access these services.

Staff in all our service centres can help you with general information about My Aged Care services. They can also help connect you with specialised assistance, including referral to an Aged Care Specialist Officer (ACSO).

If you don’t need face-to-face support, you can use My Aged Care’s website to get help online or My Aged Care’s phone service.

If you need information in different languages, you can ask us for an interpreter when you call or visit us.
