Getting general aged care information

If you need help finding general information about government-funded aged care services, you can either:

You can book a free face-to-face appointment in a service centre by:

  • using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
  • using your Centrelink online account through myGov
  • calling the Aged Care Line.
  • visiting a service centre.

If you’ve booked your appointment online, you can also make changes or cancel your appointment online. You can do this using your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app or your Centrelink online account through myGov.

If you didn’t book online you can manage your appointment by calling the Aged Care line or at a service centre.

Getting specialised aged care information

If you need more in-depth information about aged care services you can either:

  • talk to an Aged Care Specialist Officer either in person if there’s one in your area, or using video chat
  • contact My Aged Care.

Complaints and feedback

Your feedback helps us improve our services. You can make a complaint about the service or care you’ve received. You can also make suggestions or leave a compliment.
