Legal Advocates Channel
Some customers choose to work with a legal advocate when dealing with us. We have a legal advocates channel to support advocates representing our customers in complex situations.
Registered legal advocates can use the channel to contact a highly trained Services Australia staff member directly via a secure email service.
The Legal Advocates Channel helps us resolve complex customer cases with community legal advocates quickly.
You can register as a legal advocate if you are a representative or member service of:
- Economic Justice Australia
- Community Legal Centres Australia
- National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service
- First Nations Advocates Against Family Violence
- Women's Legal Services Australia
- National Legal Aid.
You must be registered to use the Legal Advocates Channel.
If you’re an employee of an eligible member service, please speak to your Senior Lawyer or business manager to register. They can arrange for an agreement to be emailed to you.
