How to get help
You can get help to use your online account.
We have Centrelink online guides to help you with online accounts and mobile apps.
For help, call the Online Services Support Hotline and select option 3.
If you need help with your payment you can call us on your regular payment line.
If you need help with myGov, you can:
- ask the myGov digital assistant
- go to the myGov help section
- read our myGov online guides
- call the Online services support hotline.
You can use your online account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
