If the system can’t verify your relationship for your AIR provider number

If the system is unable to verify your relationship to link your AIR provider number, we can do this for you.

You’ll receive notification if the system cannot verify your relationship. To request assistance:

  • Select Assistance required
  • Enter your AIR provider number, your organisations details in the comment box and the problem being encountered.
  • Select next.

This will send a notification to the AIR provider helpdesk. Our staff will review this request and link your organisation manually.

We’ll contact you, using your PRODA contact details, if we need more information.
