AIR organisation provider numbers are not transferrable. Changes to ownership or business structure, where the ABN has changed requires a new AIR provider number. Complete the Australian Immunisation Register application to register as a vaccination provider form and follow the How to set up your access to the AIR.
If using web services software a new Minor ID must also be registered. Use the Online claiming provider agreement form to do this.
Depending on your software’s configuration, there may be additional steps required. Contact your software developer and they will advise if you need to do anything further.
