How to set it up

You can set up and use your Child Support online account through myGov.

You need to be an existing Child Support customer to link Child Support to myGov.

First, you need to go to the myGov website to create a myGov account.

Then, link Child Support by following these steps.

  1. Sign in to your myGov account and select View or link services.
  2. Select the Child Support link button.
  3. Follow the prompts to link your Child Support online account to myGov.

If you’re overseas or have limited internet access, you’ll need to call the Child support enquiry line. We’ll help you create a Child Support online account.
