If you’re getting the Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) payment, there are some things you need to do while you’re getting this payment. This includes the following:

SRSS debt

If you have an SRSS debt, you can find out why it was raised and what you need to do next.

If you’ve received a notice of overpayment from the Department of Home Affairs, the notice will have details about:

  • your debt amount
  • why the debt was raised
  • your repayment options.

If you don’t agree with the debt, or you want to talk about repayment arrangements, contact the Department of Home Affairs. They may ask you for more information if you request a formal review.
