You may have received an incorrect Pensioner Concession Card because of a third party provider issue. It may disclose the following kinds of information:
- customer name
- customer address
- Customer Reference Number (CRN)
- concession card type
- card issue or expiry date
- partner name, if applicable
- name of dependants, if applicable.
If you got an incorrect card, please call your regular payment line.
You can still access your digital card on the myGov app and use it as normal.
If you need a temporary card urgently, please call us or go to a service centre.
