You can manage your practice details and participation using Practice Incentives Program (PIP) Online through Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) to:
- apply for the program
- view and update practice details
- get important program information
- apply for individual incentives
- confirm practice details for PIP annual confirmation statements
- add or change practitioners.
If you have an existing PIP practice you’ll need to link your RA number from your PRODA account to your practice.
When you log onto HPOS, remember to set your account preferences to get notifications and messages from us.

You can let us know about changes up to, and on, the relevant point-in-time date. Most changes made in the Practice Incentives Program (PIP) Online are visible and effective immediately.
When you link your staff’s PRODA account RA to your practice they can access Practice Incentives Program (PIP) Online.
Complete the relevant Practice Incentives Program (PIP) form to apply and manage your incentives quickly and easily.
