Checking your enhanced Income Management account balance

You can check your enhanced Income Management account balance in different ways.

You can access money in your enhanced Income Management account with a SmartCard.

To check your enhanced Income Management account balance, you can:

  • use the Smartcard eIM mobile app or TCU Smartcard eIM mobile app, available from the App Store or Google Play
  • log into your SmartCard or TCU SmartCard online account
  • use the SMS balance checking options on the back of your SmartCard
  • use any Westpac, Commonwealth, ANZ or NAB ATM
  • use other participating fee-free ATMs across Australia
  • call the SmartCard eIM hotline and choose the balance checking option
  • contact the Traditional Credit Union (TCU) or visit one of their branches if you have a TCU SmartCard
  • visit a service centre.
