You can access money in your enhanced Income Management account with a SmartCard.
To check your enhanced Income Management account balance, you can:
- use the Smartcard eIM mobile app or TCU Smartcard eIM mobile app, available from the App Store or Google Play
- log into your SmartCard or TCU SmartCard online account
- use the SMS balance checking options on the back of your SmartCard
- use any Westpac, Commonwealth, ANZ or NAB ATM
- use other participating fee-free ATMs across Australia
- call the SmartCard eIM hotline and choose the balance checking option
- contact the Traditional Credit Union (TCU) or visit one of their branches if you have a TCU SmartCard
- visit a service centre.
