You can no longer make child support payments using the Express Plus Child Support mobile app.
If you had card details saved in your Express Plus app, these will no longer be saved. You’ll be able to save, set and remove preferred cards to make faster and more convenient future transactions in your Child Support online account through myGov. You’ll need to add them in when making your first payment.
When you pay using your Child Support online account through myGov, your bank may ask you to provide extra verification details, such as contact information. These extra steps keep your information safe.
