You’ll need an individual Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account to access the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP). If you don’t have one, you can register for an individual PRODA account.
You’ll need to have the required level of access to follow the steps to access your payment statements.
Accessing and viewing Support at Home payment statements
You can search a date range or month of all claims, special payments and adjustments, along with item totals, payment and held over amounts for the period selected:
- Select Menu.
- Select Account summary.
- Under description, there’s a link to display the payment details screen of a claim or view a service adjustment.
The payment details screen displays payment details related to an approved claim.
It shows individual line items for each service provided to a care recipient.
Your payment details can be downloaded as a statement in CSV, XML or PDF format.

Accessing and viewing all other care type payment statements
To access and view all other care type payment statements:
- Select Menu, then either Service payment summary or Care recipient’s itemised payments.
- Select Service payment summary from the Quick links menu on the home page.
To view a payment statement summary for a specific month:
- Select the relevant month under Payment summaries on the home page.
- From the Claims summaries or the Current claim screen, select the Payment statements option best suited for your query and then choose the month to view.
