On 30 June 2026, we will no longer respond to any emails sent to the Aged Care Liaison mailbox.
Instead of emailing aged.care.liaison@services.australia.gov.au, you can now use the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) to complete all your updates and upload forms.
If you need help completing tasks in the ACPP, you can find tutorials on the Health Professionals Education Resources website.
If you have any issues using the ACPP, you can call the aged care provider enquiry line on 1800 195 206.
