There’s extra help available if you’re a pensioner and student

The Pensioner Education Supplement is a regular extra payment of up to $62.40 a fortnight that can help with your study costs.

You may be able to get the Pensioner Education Supplement if you’re getting certain payments from us or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

You also must be studying an approved full time or part time course and meet certain requirements.

How much you can get will depend on your circumstances.
